Four Essential Bible Studies to Start With

These four Bible studies provide essential foundational knowledge for both the new Bible reader and the seasoned reader. They are intended to be studied carefully, with close attention to the Bible verses and details—not simply skimmed. Together, they establish important biblical foundations that will help in understanding the other studies on this website.

1.  The Golden Thread of the Bible: Provides a good summary of the Bible while highlighting its main message and the big picture of what God intended throughout Scripture.​​​​

Once the Bible is studied as a whole, its message becomes clear and consistent. From Genesis to Jesus, God’s focus has been on the forgiveness of sins so He can remain in relationship with humanity.

2.  The Lord's Prayer: A scriptural clarification not commonly found anywhere. When properly understood, it is the most powerful prayer of the New Testament, given to us by God Himself.​​​​

Many people assume “being Christian” means church attendance or saying “Jesus died for my sins.” The Bible defines true Christianity as learning Jesus' teachings, keeping His commands, and seeking God in Scripture.

​​3.  Christianity & Judaism: Provides key support for understanding the Lord's Prayer. Without understanding this comparison, an essential part of the Lord's Prayer cannot be fully understood.​​​​
